About Us
Down South Funflatables prides itself on offering the best rates in town and will match or offer better pricing than competitors. We’re committed to excellent customer service, delivering clean, sanitized inflatables, and always ensuring they are safe and in great condition. The listed prices are for weekend rentals, unless there is a double booking, in which case the unit will be delivered the night before and picked up after the event the next day.

How can I make a reservation?To make a reservation, text 910-803-3515
-
What is included in the rental price?Included in the rental price: We deliver the fun unit, set it up, sanitize and disinfect it, lay tarps, provide stakes and blowers, and return to take it down after the event.
-
How long do I get to keep the rental? The rental price is based on a daily rate, but as a courtesy, we strive to offer more than the average 6-8 hours that most companies provide. We aim to deliver all units on Friday. However, if we're fully booked, some deliveries may occur on Saturday morning. We make an effort to allow our customers to keep the unit until Sunday, but if we're booked solid, we may need to pick up a few units on Saturday evening and the rest on Sunday.
-
What is your rain policy? If rain is expected, we will reach out mid-week before your party to discuss your options. If you cancel, or if we cancel due to bad weather, your deposit will be refunded. You also have the option to reschedule or take your chances with the rain (if it’s a wet unit). Once we deliver the unit, payment is non-refundable in the event of bad weather or rain. We reserve the right to pick up any equipment early in cases of extreme inclement weather. While this is uncommon, it can happen, and it is done for your safety and to protect the integrity of our equipment.
-
Do I need to supply my own extension cords? We will provide a 50ft extension cord for each blower required. If the inflatable is set up more than 50ft from a power source, you will need to provide additional extension cords.
-
Do I need to supply a water hose for a water slide?Yes! Our water units come with a soaker hose attached, as well as a small extension hose hanging from the soaker hose down the side of the unit. You will need to provide a water hose connected to your water supply, which can then be hooked up to the extension hose on the unit.
-
Do you service my area?We currently service a 25-mile radius of 28405, covering most of New Hanover County, most of Pender County, and Leland with no delivery fee. We are open to servicing other areas depending on our workload and availability, with a delivery fee of $40.
-
How much is your deposit and is it refundable? We require a $75 deposit when you're ready to book to secure your unit and date. This deposit will be refunded upon unit pickup, provided the unit is clean, inflated, and free from damage.
-
What forms of payment do you accept?Deposits can be made via Venmo or CashApp. Service payment at delivery is currently cash only.
